“Healing Looks Different on Everyone.”

There’s no single path to healing. No rulebook. No fixed timeline. Healing is as personal as your fingerprint, as intimate as your heartbeat. Some people heal loudly — through words, songs, or shared stories. Others heal silently — behind closed doors, in prayers, in unread journal pages. And both are okay.

Some find their strength in tears; others in laughter. Some return to the world quickly, while others need time to retreat and rebuild. Some may need help and ask for it bravely. Others may struggle to even admit they’re hurting — and that’s part of their process too.

Healing can look like waking up and simply making your bed. It can be texting a friend back after weeks of silence. It can be saying “no” to something that once triggered you. It can be eating a meal. Leaving a toxic place. Going for a walk. Or just surviving another day. It can be ugly. It can be exhausting. But it’s still healing.

You don’t have to explain your healing to anyone. You don’t need permission to take your time. The only thing that matters is that you’re moving — even if it’s just an inch at a time.

So if you’re still showing up, even broken and bruised, you’re already doing better than you think. This journey is yours. Be proud of how far you've come — quietly, slowly, and fully in your own way.
